The summer time heat can be so unbearable it makes venturing out of your air conditioned home a chore. In this article we will look at eight tips to make your summer enjoyable and sweat free!

Avoid the hottest parts of the day is key. Try to plan outdoor activates for the earlier morning hours and for evening hours. Mornings and evenings during the summer can be very enjoyable times because the temperature is bearable. Staying hydrated is the key to staying cool and sweat free during the summer. Being dehydrated can leave you with headaches. You can lose a liter or more of sweat during the heat of the day. Be proactive and keep hydrated with bottle water and electrolyte drinks to keep you from feeling bogged down by the heat.

Spending time indoors is always a good way of keeping cool during the summer and one of the best places to take the family is the museum. Have a picnic in the shade and or go for a bike ride. Just spending some quality time outdoors enjoying each others company is what makes summers great!
